Discipline, Discipline Referrals
This is a new program that allows teachers to enter discipline referrals in txGradebook. The referrals can be submitted to an administrator for review and further action. The page is only available if the campus allows teachers to enter referrals in txGradebook; otherwise, the Discipline menu is not displayed.
Discipline Referrals is now available in TxEIS. This feature was added for iTCCS in release 2.4.3. (txeis16152*)
Reports, Teacher’s Disallowed Weighting Type Report
This is a new report that allows you to produce a list of teachers who are using a weighting type that is not allowed by the campus. The campus weighting types allowed are set in the Student system in Grade Reporting on the Maintenance > Gradebook Options > Campus > Options tab. (txeis16311*)

Student Graduation Plan
This is a new feature that allows the student to view and change his graduation plan, and to view and print the summary and detail of his course credits (TxEIS only). (txeis16624*)
The program was modified:
To display an alert message at the top of all pages (except the reports and Reset Password pages) if the txSuiteAlertMessages.xml file exists in the root of drive C or D on the server with text in the appropriate <alertmessage> tag (TxEIS only). (txeis13149)
To add a Discipline-only user type at the campus administrator level, allowing users to access txGradebook with Discipline-only access. Users with Discipline-only access only have access to the Discipline-related pages. No other txGradebook pages are accessible to these users; all other menus are not displayed. (txeis16625*)
Admin, Admin Skills-Based Report Card Setup
The program was modified to display two new fields if you select Print Attendance. The new Attendance Period and Tardy Period fields allow you to indicate if attendance and tardies will be calculated according to the ADA period or the period for which the report card is being printed. The new fields are not displayed if Print Attendance is not selected. (txeis16352*)
Attendance, Attendance Roster Report
The program was modified to not allow you to click the column heading to sort the roster. Instead, the Sorting Options fields were added to the Attendance Roster Report Selection page allowing you to specify the sort order (student ID, last name, first name, or course section) for the attendance rosters before generating the report. Grades, Assignment Grades
The program was modified
To always display the Grade Properties dialog box next to the student’s grade. Previously, the dialog box opened in random locations on the screen and sometimes required scrolling to access it. This problem only occurred in Internet Explorer 8. (txeis15961)
To correct the problem that caused an error message to be displayed if you clicked Hide Menu to hide the menu while entering grades, and then clicked the note icon to enter a note about the student’s assignment grade. (txeis16036)
To correct the problem that prevented all courses in a group from loading if you retrieved the group on this page, left this page to view another non-grades page, and then returned to this page. Previously, only the first course in the group loaded when you returned to the Assignment Grades page. (txeis16483)

The program was modified to display the skill description and any notes entered by an administrator if you move the cursor over a skill in the grade table heading. (txeis15166*)

To change the Student ID and Student Name fields to autosuggest fields, which allows you to retrieve a student by typing all or part of his student ID or last and first names separated by commas. (txeis16727*)
As you begin typing the student ID or name, a drop-down list displays students whose IDs or names match the characters you have typed. From the drop-down list, you can select the student to populate the Student ID or Student Name field.
To display the data in the e-mail message that is sent to discipline approvers in a bulleted list to improve the readability of the e-mail message. Previously, the data was not displayed in a bulleted list and was more difficult to read. (txeis16730)

Settings, Administer Categories
The program was modified to only display weighting types (i.e., Percentage, Point, and Multiplier) that are allowed by the campus. Any weighting types not allowed by the campus are not displayed (TxEIS only). This change was made for iTCCS in release 2.4.4. (txeis16753*)
Settings, Course Grouping
The program was modified:
To allow courses that do alpha grading and courses that do numeric grading to be added to the same group. Previously, a group could not contain courses that did different types of grading. (txeis14997)
To not allow a self-paced course to be included in a course group. (txeis16851*)
Reports, Assignment Grades Last Updated Report Selection
The program was modified to change the Campus field from a text input field to a drop-down field, and to retrieve data in the Semester and Cycle drop-down fields according to the campus selected. (txeis16927*)
Reports, Assignment Grades Last Updated Report
The program was modified to retrieve data in the Campus, Semester, and Cycle drop-down fields according to the grade reporting cycle dates. Previously, the data was retrieved using attendance dates. (txeis16895)
Reports, Attendance Verification Report
The program was modified to allow the report to be run for a course section that meets during a period greater than 9. Previously, a “No students found…” message was displayed if the report was run for a course that meets during period 10 or later. (txeis16431)
Reports, Student Note Report Selection
The program was modified to retrieve only IDs for students at the campus to which you are logged on when you use the Student ID autosuggest field. Previously, student IDs for all campuses appeared in the drop down. (txeis15172)
Administrator Options, User Administration
The program was modified:
To rename the Impersonate User tab to User Administration, because additional functions have been added to the tab (iTCCS only).
To add the Email field allowing you to search for users by e-mail address (iTCCS only).
To add the Student ID and Student Name autosuggest fields allowing you to search for users by student ID or student name. As you begin typing the student's ID or name, a drop-down list displays students whose student IDs or names match the characters you have typed. From the drop-down list you can select the student (iTCCS only).
To add the Delete column and a delete icon to the user grid allowing you to delete a user account (iTCCS only). (txeis16068*)

The program was modified to add a txMyZone landing page. On this page, the student must click the Student Course Requests button in order to log on to the Student Course Requests program.
